Premium Kashmiri Saffron

Mongra is the most prized grade of Kashmiri saffron - pure crimson stigma, no yellow style, stronger colour, richer fragrance, more complex flavour than any other grade. 

Carefully handpicked through a labour-intensive process from farms in the Pulwama District - the heartland of Indian saffron cultivation for over 500 years. It takes nearly 200 flowers to yield one gram. 

Packed in small batches to retain the original aroma, potency, and freshness.
