Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
Most orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders shipped to metro cities are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners. The selection of courier service is at Jaivik Setu’s discretion.
Jaivik Setu is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
In the rare event that an order is undelivered for 25 days after dispatch, it may be considered lost. No action will be initiated before this period.
Our maximum liability in such cases is limited to a replacement or refund of the order value, at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Jaivik Setu reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, quality concerns, pricing errors, or operational issues.
If an order is cancelled by Jaivik Setu, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, most of which are food items and perishable goods, Jaivik Setu does not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care in sourcing, packing, and dispatching our products. However, if you experience an issue with your order such as damaged packaging, incorrect items, or quality concerns, we are happy to review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
How to report an issue:
Please write to info@jaiviksetu.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
Each concern will be evaluated individually. Based on our assessment, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion. Any decision made by Jaivik Setu in this regard will be final.

Product Information & Quality Disclaimer

All products sold by Jaivik Setu are natural, seasonal, and sourced directly from farmers and small producers.
Variations in color, texture, taste, and appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.
Product images on the website are for representation purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Jaivik Setu’s liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by the customer.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the use of this website or any purchase made through it shall be subject to the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
