Where we ship

We ship to all pin codes in India serviced by our courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your address. We do not ship outside India at present.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above our free shipping threshold, currently ₹1,600. The threshold is calculated on your order value after discounts.

Orders below the threshold carry a shipping charge of ₹150 (subject to change).

We review the threshold from time to time. The threshold that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it. A later change does not affect an order already placed.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only on our website. If you need cash on delivery, write to us on WhatsApp at +91 9691984031 or at info@jaiviksetu.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Dispatch

Orders are packed at our Indore facility and usuallt dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day. During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take longer. We will tell you if your order is delayed.

Every order is carefully handled and packed to keep it sealed and dry in transit.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. If your order has not reached you within 10 days of dispatch, please write to us. We will raise it with the courier and keep you updated.

Damaged, leaking or missing items

If a pack arrives torn, a jar arrives broken, or an item is missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the outer box and the product to +91 9691984031 on WhatsApp or to info@jaiviksetu.com. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster. We will send a replacement or refund the item once we have reviewed it.

Food products cannot be returned for reasons other than damage, a missing item or a wrong item.

Address changes and undelivered orders

You can change your delivery address before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, we cannot change it.
