Veteran Social worker Mr. Krishan Malhotra, the Founder and Managing Trustee, Krishan Malhotra Charities, Indore, marked the setting up of Jimmy McGilligan Centre for Sustainable Development by planting a tree in Village Sanawadiya District Indore on August 31, 2013.

At Rangwasa Institute of Bio-Village, we provide Agricultural Training. Training to Farmers Agro Services and Agriculture Departmental extension official Training Services that we render are driven with the approach to ensure high growth rate for the farmers.

महू के छोटे से भूमिखंड के आश्रय फार्म बनने की कहानी प्रकृति की तरह ही है। सतत्, रोचक,जीवन से परिपूर्ण और आशाओं और संभावनाओं से भरी। वर्ष 2005 में जब आश्रय बसा तब वह भूमि लगभग दस वर्षों से ऊसर पड़ी थी।मैं स्वयं कृषि से एकदम अनभिज्ञ था। बस एक इच्छा थी की लगातार बिगड़ते हालात में मैं कम से कम अपने परिवार को शुद्ध तथा पौष्टिक भोजन उपलब्ध करा सकूँ। ऐसे में शुरुआत से शुरू करना ही शायद सबसे अच्छी बात रही। ठीक वैसे जैसे एक अबोध बालक के हाथ में नया खिलौना नयी सोच लाता है। इसीलिए जैविक कृषि का नाम भी जाने बगैर और आस पास के समस्त परिवेश में होती रासायनिक कृषि के प्रभाव के बावजूद कुछ ‘हट के’ करने की इच्छा बनी। एक मूल विचार बस ये था कि रसायनों का उपयोग नहीं करना है। फिर एक मित्र के ज़रिये श्री दाभोलकरजी की पुस्तक ‘प्लेंटी फॉर आल’ हाथ आई जिसने पूरा नजरिया ही बदल दिया।जो आस पास हो रहा था उसके बारे मन में सवाल जगाये और साथ ही कृषि के जीवन और जीवन के कृषि से सम्बन्ध को बहुत सरलता से आपस में जोड़ दिया। सब से अहम उनका एक विचार है जिस में समस्त उत्तर सारगर्भित हैं। खेती भूमि की नहीं अपितु सूर्य की होनी है।

Since the Industrial Revolution the processes of growth have been speeded up to produce the food and raw materials needed by the ever increasing population and the factory. Nothing effective has been done to replace the loss of fertility involved in this vast increase in crop and animal production.
